WITHDRAWAL FROM A DISTANCE CONTRACT:
If the purchased product does not meet your expectations or you would like to return the product for any other reason, you may do so within 14 days of receipt of the shipment without indicating a reason for the return, if the returned product has not been used.

Full cost of return is paid by the customer.

After processing the return (within no more than 14 days after receipt of the shipment), we will make a refund in the same form used by the Consumer. If you made a cash on delivery payment - please indicate the account number for the return.

If after receiving the shipment you find that the product you received has a physical defect - please contact us. We are at your disposal at the e-mail address: conatct@babywood.eu

In the message briefly describe the defect. If you have such an opportunity - attach photos showing the defects. This will greatly facilitate our work.
